Micah Bailey is a multifamily and commercial real estate specialist at Sky, where he partners with investors to strategically grow and scale their portfolios. Since entering the industry, he has rapidly built a track record of successful closings across the state's most competitive markets-- including Bridgeport, New Haven, Hartford and New London. As of Q2 2025, Micah has successfully brought every deal he’s worked on to the closing table. Recognized for his calm under pressure and determination to see deals through, Micah has built a reputation for saving challenging transactions and delivering consistent results. He brings a sharp focus to multifamily and commercial sales, leasing, and financial analysis, always aiming to create long-term value for his clients. Micah graduated from Quinnipiac University with studies in Broadcast Journalism and Business and competed as a Division I tennis player. Originally from Miami, Florida, he now calls Connecticut home and lives with his Christian faith at the heart of both his personal and professional life.
