Tyler Egner has been an integral part of the Sky Realty Group Team since 2018. He is a graduate of Bryant University with a degree in Finance. After graduating, Tyler worked for 4 years in investor relations for a hedge fund administrator in the State of Connecticut. He is committed to providing buyers and sellers with the highest quality of service through- hard work, strong analytical skills and by utilizing his wide range of knowledge to facilitate successful transactions. Earlier in life, these strong values garnered him the honor of Eagle Scout, an accolade bestowed upon leaders & creative thinkers dedicated to "helping others at all times". While at Sky, he has successfully won deals in multiple offer situations in a highly competitive market and has skillfully negotiated various commercial deals well. John has been licensed & working full time as a Real Estate Agent since 1982. He started his career with Century 21 in Hartford and soon became their top producing agent- a title he held for a number of years. He relocated in 1993 to Atlanta, GA. and worked for Remax of Buckhead, where he, again, became the top producing agent in this larger company of 1,000 agents. This hard work garnered him the award of being ranked in the top 25 highest producing agents in the State of Georgia. While in Atlanta, he worked with several large hospitals as their realtor (Northside Hospital Atlanta, Saint Joseph’s Hospital of Atlanta, DeKalb Medical, and others). In addition to his work with these hospitals, he also had the honor of working with celebrities, CNN, and people in the music industry while living and building his career in Georgia.

Chris graduated from Bryant University with a double major in accounting and finance. In addition to selling real estate, Chris is a CPA for a public accounting firm where he audits large commercial real estate investment firms. He has learned how to successfully manage his time and problem solve to benefit his clients. He is also adept in project management whether it’s being the lead on an audit or diligently managing a transaction from contract writing through to the close. Chris values the client experience and sees the importance of curating a positive experience for those that work with him. In his free time, Chris volunteers as the Vice President and Treasurer for his church in Hebron CT.
