Sandy Strickling, Director of Real Estate Investments, will be celebrating her 16th year anniversary providing commercial and investment real estate services throughout Connecticut. Since 2004, she has represented investors with their dispositions and acquisitions through valuing, locating, negotiating and closing multi-family, office and retail transactions. Additionally, she specializes in working with developers and investors to maximize their return on investment for adaptive reuse projects and repositioning opportunities by unlocking a property’s hidden worth. Sandy’s clients, who are disposing of their assets, have benefited from her honesty and high business ethics, as well as her master marketing techniques and win-win negotiating strategies.

Sandy is an entrepreneur and real estate investor with a degree in finance.  Not only does Sandy have extensive investment and sales experience, but she also has a proven track record in all aspects of investing and business including operations, sales, marketing, and management, for startups or turnarounds situations and dispositions. Sandy has started, built, owned, managed and sold respiratory companies, childcare centers, and real estate investments.
