You'll learn how properties are valued, marketed and sold while working alongside experienced real estate professionals on active opportunities.

Our internship program goes beyond observation.

Interns gain exposure to the work behind an investment real estate transaction — from researching properties and owners to analyzing opportunities, preparing marketing materials and understanding how deals move from prospecting through closing.

Research properties, ownership, transactions, comparable sales and market activity.

Learn the fundamentals of rent rolls, operating statements, NOI, cap rates, valuations and investment returns.

Understand how investment sales advisors identify opportunities, build owner relationships and develop a pipeline.

Assist with offering materials, property information, market research and investment-sales marketing.
